Download NowInstallation Instructions: Download CounterPath EyeBeam 1.5.19-release HERE and save the file somewhere on your computer where you can find it later (preferably free disk space). Download the installer for your operating system here . Run the installer. If prompted, choose to save it to disk. When finished, run the program that is now on your disk. Follow the instructions to install EyeBeam. Launch EyeBeam once it's installed and select Continue Setup Wizard. For all other questions in the wizard, just click Next or I'll decide later. You will need to know the IP number or hostname of the machine you are calling. Install the device management client, if it is requested by EyeBeam. Launch EyeBeam once more to finish setting it up. Log in with your username and the "sharedSecret" provided when you purchased this product. Enter a phone number for yourself that will ring on both sides of the conversation if desired. If you are calling into an existing conference, check the box that says Replace Participant(s).
